You as a kite surfer cannot better explain with passion to our future kite- and beach students which lessons you'd advise them and why this is recommended.
Together with one or two other colleagues you speak to them and answer the emails and telephone calls. You welcome all students, check registrations, handle payments and help everyone on their way to the best day of their holiday.
If a tenant comes in with little experience, for example, you can explain something about the wind and choose the right size of kite together so that he/she can safely go out on the water. When the last lessons on the water or beach have been completed, we check the schedules for the next day, hope it will be another beautiful day with wind and sun! Then it's time for a session on the water or a beer with a sunset to discuss the day...
What you tell what you do on birthdays: “I am always in the sun and make sure everyone leaves the beach with a smile!”
What you really do: Instruct customers safely, responsibly and with great pleasure for learning them our activities. Talking to people and helping them with their questions, you are a fountain of knowledge. You keep our beach, material and company clean, our service is unique and our job is to take good care of it.
What your day can look like: The alarm goes off at eight o'clock. You start the day with a healthy breakfast. It's Saturday and the weather is beautiful, not bad for a day's work on the beach. Before you leave for the beach, check the wind forecast on your laptop. There is not much wind but enough for beach activities. Once you arrive at work, you start to 'build up' the beach. From flags and tents to sand yachts and buggies, you make sure the beach looks presentable.
During the briefing you will be told that you have to supervise a bachelor party. That will be fun but also an art to keep them in line. You can hear them coming from a mile away, laughing, guilty and definitely the "bachelor" in a crazy suit. At a glance you can see that they come for fun and it is up to you to make this happen in a safe way. After the lesson, you guide your enthusiastic group to the Beach Club and clean up everything neatly.
